Introduction
We are here with a quick guide on how to recover your USDC if you’ve mistakenly sent USDC.e to your Copperx Payout account.
We only support USDC on the Polygon and Solana networks, so here’s what you need to do if you’ve found yourself in this situation.
Steps to Recover Your Crypto
Step 1: Log in to Your Copperx Account
- Go to the Copperx dashboard and login with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Profile
- Once logged in, head to your profile by clicking the icon next to your name.
Step 3: Enter the Token Address
- You’ll need to enter the USDC.e token address. Ensure to get the correct address from Polygon Scan and nowhere else to avoid any mistakes. Here’s how:
- Go to PolygonScan
- Search for USDC.e and copy the token address.
Step 4: Input the Details
- You’ll find a section to enter the token address in your profile. Paste the USDC.e address here.
- Enter the amount of USDC.e you have. This will show you the balance available.
- Confirm the token address and amount.
Step 5: Add MATIC for Gas Fees
- Make sure your wallet has at least 0.01 MATIC for the transaction gas fees. This is crucial to ensure the transaction goes through smoothly.
Step 6: Submit the Transaction
- Once you’ve double-checked the details, click on the control to submit the transaction.
- You should see a confirmation message indicating that the transaction was submitted successfully.
